Tommy Gentleman is a personal development consultant, a life coach, personal trainer, and a fitness expert – all that at the age of 29! Today, he will help us start the year off right by sharing with us his best tips, techniques, and tricks on how to get back into shape (after the holidays), and how to stay focused continually on our fitness throughout the year.
